Bill White Presents Ideas to South Tyler Rotary

Bill White, Ex-Houston Mayor and Democratic Gubernatorial Candidate for the State of Texas addressed the South Tyler Rotary Club. Mayor White discussed his work as Mayor of Houston and the roll of government as it relates to private industry and job creation.
