Dr. Newsom (Ph.D., Texas Christian University) is a professor at UT Tyler. In addition to the U.S. history survey classes, he teaches additional 4000-level classes in Texas and Social history.
Constitution Day is officially September 17th. Dr. Newsome will speak to the South Tyler Rotary Club about the United States Constitution.
